At Location Rentals, our mission is to protect and enhance the value of the properties we manage. Our agents have over 18 years of experience managing multiple types of commercial properties including a portfolio containing over 1,000,000 square feet of first-class retail and office buildings in the Lubbock, Amarillo, and Midland areas.
Commercial property management is not a one size fits all service. We offer many levels of management from full service, turn-key management to a more a la carte approach for owners that are looking to only outsource certain management activities. Hourly and flat fee management consulting services are also available.

BUDGETS & RECONCILIATION
We will work diligently to prepare detailed annual budgets for your property to ensure that we maximize income and minimize expenses. At the end of each year, we will provide transparent reconciliation services for both tenants and owners.
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT SERVICES
We have the experience and knowledge to oversee all capital improvement planning and supervision from tenant space improvements to large scale rehabilitation projects and insurance claim repairs.
FINANCIAL
With our accounting and bookkeeping services, you can be assured your books are up to date and accurate. We prepare monthly financial reports for owners so that you always know exactly how well your investment is performing.
TENANT & LEASE MANAGEMENT
Maximizing returns requires maximizing tenant occupancy. We work closely with leasing agents through the entire leasing process to ensure the best tenant mix for your property. We then work closely with tenants through their move-in and construction process to encourage their success while building strong landlord/tenant relationships that maximize tenant retention. We work to quickly resolve any lease compliance issues, late rent, or other non-monetary opportunities as they arise by working professionally with tenants.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
Our goal is to ensure your physical asset retains its value by keeping it in good condition now and for as long as you own the property through regular comprehensive building and common area inspections, proactive day-to-day maintenance and repairs.
INSURANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT
We ensure tenants and contractors maintain the correct insurance coverage required to protect against any potential losses and to protect the property owner from being exposed to any unnecessary liability. We can also provide you with assistance and recommendations to help obtain insurance that protects you, your investment, and complies with any tenant lease agreements.
